Sandra Rives - Transformational Authenticity Coach & Therapist

I’m Sandra - a coach, a counsellor, and a woman who’s quietly walked through fire to come home to herself.

I know what it’s like to feel lost while holding everything together for everyone else. And I know what it takes to rise — to soften without breaking, and to honour your truth.

I don’t coach from a pedestal. I walk beside you, grounded in both lived experience and professional training. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work, a BA in Communications, and Diplomas in Counselling and Early Childhood Education, and I’m currently completing a Master of Counselling. Plus I have years of lived experience.

This isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering who you are.
